My weekend was amazing and full of so many feels. Trinity University's Women's ultimate team, Altitude, participated in their very first Spring tournament in the program's history. With 11 girls and two coaches, the girls finished their weekend winning two games on Sunday and their first win ever on Saturday.

I am so honored to be a coach for the women that surrounded me this weekend. Their laid their hearts and bodies on the line each and every point.
